Refund policy

Distributions Valmi want you to feel good every time you shop with us.  If you are not completely satisfied with a Distributions Valmi item, we will gladly take it back in its original, unused condition with the receipt and within 30 days of shipment arrival.

Worn products found to be defective may also be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please email customer service at admin@distributionsvalmi.com for instruction on how to return the defective item.

Returns must have no visible wear or alteration.  If we receive a return and determine (at our sole discretion) that it’s been worn or altered, it will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.  Items that are returned past the 30 day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange on in stock items only.

Responsibility for Freight:

We offer free returns across Canada. The first exchange for items in stock only, the outbound freight is complimentary of Distributions Valmi. Within the 30-day policy, all other exchanges for the same order are the buyer’s responsibility with ALL S&H Fees.

 Distributions 30-Day Guarantee:

 Our goal at Distributions Valmi is complete customer satisfaction. Please ensure proper fit before your shoes are worn. For Distributions Valmi to accept the returned product, shoes must be in new, unused and uncontaminated condition with original package contents. Distributions Valmi will only accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of the original shipping date.
